ABOUT US

This ministry began in May 2015 with a small group meeting to pray and learn about reaching Muslims while sharing the gospel of Christ.

In 2018, we became organized as ‘Arabic Alliance of Canada Inc.’ Our ministry became a registered Charity on September 28, 2018.

The Arabic Alliance of Canada is an affiliated member of the Canadian Centre of Christian Charities.

Arabic Alliance of Canada, based in Regina, Saskatchewan, is an Evangelical Christian parachurch organization

that hosts regular church meetings in the Arabic language as part of their wider activities of gospel outreach

ministry to Arabic-speaking people in Regina, in Canada and across the world.

Ministry Summary

(Prayer/Equipping/Outreach)

Since 2016, we have had monthly prayer meetings. Attendance has been as many as 25 to 30. We currently have prayer meetings at Living Hope Alliance Church in Regina on the first Thursday of the month at 7 pm. Our supporters receive a monthly email newsletter.
Courtesy of missionaries such as TV Thomas and Georges Jarjour, a total of six seminars have been held on learning about Islam and how to reach Muslims for Christ. One seminar focused on training volunteers on how to visit newcomers.
In January of 2019, we rejoiced in the arrival of an Arabic missionary couple, Fadl Tawadrous and his wife, Martha Sakr. They are originally from Egypt and have two adult children. Fadl and Martha are making frequent visits to Arabic families and have developed friendships while openly sharing the gospel. They have visited approximately 200 Arabic families.
Over the years, we have hosted special events and activities for our Arabic friends, English classes, banquets with gospel messages, women’s meetings, Kids' Bible club, gym nights, and outdoor activities. Once a year, we have a special event inviting our supporters to hear a guest speaker and get updates on our ministry.
A caring relationship with our Arabic friends has been nurtured as our ministry has gifted them in various ways: Walmart Gift cards, furniture, treats for the children, bicycles, meat care packages, gospel media players, Bibles, New Testaments, and Children’s Bibles.
Since February 2019, our missionaries have hosted an Arabic Church, meeting on Sunday evenings.
Brother Fadl has also been consistent with street ministry in downtown Regina, which has brought about many fruitful moments of testimony and sharing. In 2020, he began teaching the Bible online in Arabic on Facebook, reaching a large audience worldwide. He also teaches Bible lessons to women via ZOOM meetings.
Brother Fadl and his wife, Martha, have made several missionary trips to Egypt to support the Christians there. Fadl has also made some trips to South Sudan to teach and encourage the Christians there.
